Cancellation rules: For regular experiences, once the booking has been made, the following cancellation charges will apply: up to forty-eight hours before the start of the experience - no charge; less than forty-eight hours before the start of the experience - a charge of one hundred percent of the value of the experience. For private experiences, once the booking has been made, the following cancellation charges will apply: up to thirty days before the start of the experience - no charge; up to forty-eight hours before the start of the experience - a charge of fifty percent of the value of the experience; less than forty-eight hours before the start of the experience - a charge of one hundred percent of the value of the experience.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request and its approval.
