During the exclusive harvest period, we offer a unique experience that combines a guided walk through the vineyard terraces of the ancient and traditional Quinta de Santa Luzia, owned by the Blandy family. On this immersive walk, visitors have the opportunity to learn about the history of the estate, the grape varieties grown there and the distinct characteristics of Madeira Island viticulture.

After the walk, the experience continues with a special tasting of Madeira wines produced from the estate's own grape varieties, held in the historic Madeira Wine Company cellars in the centre of Funchal.

At this tasting, two elegant 10-year-old blends of Blandy's classic grape varieties will be served:

• Verdelho 10 years

• Bual 10 year old

The pairing includes savoury crackers and the traditional Madeira honey cake, chosen to enhance the rich and complex flavours of the wines.
