Visit to the Borba Winery with Wine Tasting (minimum 2 participants)

In this experience , you will visit Adega de Borba, located in the Alentejo region, and taste the best products we produce. During the visit, you will get to know the two winemaking centers, which have vats with different fermentation technologies: vertical with and without mechanical pressing, horizontal rotary, Ganimedes, lagar, among others, with the possibility of performing delestage, leaching, and macro-oxygenation operations.

Adega de Borba has 2 aging spaces: the cellar for aging quality wines in bottles, a privileged place with marble rock excavation, so traditional in the Borba region, and Adega Nova, a space for aging in French, American, and Portuguese oak barrels. At the end of the experience, you will have a tasting of wines from Adega de Borba, accompanied by a selection of traditional Alentejo products.
