A puzzle full of surprises, clues, imagination and intellectual capacity to decipher, step by step, the final challenge: the mysterious bottle.

Manual picking of grapes for boxes

Grape treading: subject to availability using the traditional method in marble presses

Visit to the winery and cellars: where the whole process of winemaking, bottling, ageing and barrel cellaring will be explained.

1. Tibornas drizzled with Oliveira Ramos Premium extra virgin olive oil and local sheep's cheese + Harvest salad (salad, grapes, dried tomatoes and cheese) + "Vila Santa" dark duck rice with courgette carpaccio + Chocolate sin and seasonal fruit
