Visit the viewpoint and take part in the harvest process:
Manual picking of grapes for boxes
Grape treading: subject to availability using the traditional method in marble presses
Visit to the winery and cellars: where the whole process of winemaking, bottling, ageing and barrel cellaring will be explained.
Harvest lunch (choose one):
- Tibornas drizzled with Oliveira Ramos Premium extra virgin olive oil and local sheep's cheese + Harvest salad (salad, grapes, dried tomatoes and cheese) + "Vila Santa" dark duck rice with courgette carpaccio + Chocolate sin and seasonal fruit
- Tibornas drizzled with Oliveira Ramos Premium extra virgin olive oil and local sheep's cheese + Cheese puffs (with red wine sauce) + Chef's cod with broccoli crumbs + Chocolate sins and seasonal fruit

Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 6.30pm;
Saturdays: 10am - 6pm

No refund up to 1 day before the date of the experience or no-show on the selected date.

Delays of more than 10 minutes will not be tolerated;
