After a visit to the winery and cellars, take your carefully prepared basket and enjoy a selection of delicious snacks designed to harmonise with selected wines. Relax in a privileged setting where traditional flavours meet the best of the region. In addition to the classic options, there are vegan alternatives available to cater for different dietary preferences.

The programme consists of individual tastings and learning more about the different typical Alentejo grape varieties. After choosing your blend and creating your own wine, we'll bottle it and apply a personalised label. You'll have your wine ready to take home.

The tasting of these wines is accompanied by a tasting of Alentejo cheese and bread and Oliveira Ramos Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
