Humus Farm: A Certified Organic Farm

Location: Fernando Pó, in the wine region of the Setúbal Peninsula, Sub-region of Fernando Pó, Palmela.

Project Characteristics: This project is deeply connected to environmental protection and sustainability, with all products and derivatives coming from the farm's organic agriculture. Besides offering unique experiences, the farm also provides accommodation and event organization.

Wine Workshop: An introduction to the world of wine, covering the main and most relevant topics from production to tasting techniques, with certification. After the course, participants will enjoy a social lunch at the farm, with the opportunity to taste some of the region's gastronomic delights.

Instructor: The course is taught by a sommelier from the Associação de Escanções de Portugal and features wines from the partner winery Casa Ermelinda Freitas, showcasing the best of our region. Come and discover our story through our activities and wines!

Duration: 6 hours

Start Time: 11 AM (Course) - 3 PM (Lunch and Talk)
